2.1. We offer a variety of apparel and accessories, which are made to order and printed by Printify. 

2.2. While we strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will represent the actual product colors. 

2.3. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

 

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information for billing and shipping purposes. 

3.2. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other available options at checkout. 

3.3. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to promotions, errors, or changes in Printify’s costs.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. All orders are fulfilled by Printify and shipped directly to you. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. 

4.2. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by Printify, shipping carriers, or customs are beyond our control.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

5.2. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with proof of the issue (e.g., photos). We will work with Printify to issue a replacement or refund if applicable. 

5.3. We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please refer to our sizing guide to ensure proper fit before purchasing.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Dink Designs or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Dink Designs is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to data loss, interruption of service, or errors. 

7.2. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to your purchase, including but not limited to delayed shipments, product defects, or third-party services.
